Dumisani Khuzwayo

Dumisani brings more than 30 years of experience in the People Management portfolio. He has held various positions in the Human Capital space, from General Manager: Human Resources, Executive Manager: Health and Wellness to Executive Manager: Service Delivery within TPT. Before joining TPT, he has held various positions of increasing responsibility in companies such as Smith & Nephew, Eskom, Alpha Group as well as Colgate-Palmolive.

Dumisani’s role is designing and implementing People Management integrated strategy for Transnet Ports Terminals that is aligned to the Transnet Group’s strategy and compliant with legislation. He will also guide and lead Transnet Port Terminals to achieve optimum performance, value and instill a culture of service delivery and excellence.

Dumisani holds a Bachelor of Social Science (UKZN), a Post-Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations (UKZN) and an Executive Development Program (GIBS/UP).
