He is a transformational executive with over 20 years of experience in driving market expansion, operations, and revenue growth for multibillion-rand companies in various engineering industries and technologies. He has a strong track record of success in turning around stagnant or declining companies and positioning them for profitability and success.

Jaco holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management, a Master’s Degree in Engineering (Bulk Solids Handling), and Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has held executive positions in companies such as Mitsubishi Power Africa, Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Africa, Skyward Group, DSD Power Africa, Steinmüller Africa, and Clyde Bergemann Africa.
