Transnet has adhered to some of the King IV principles and recommendations as evidenced in the Integrated Report, Remuneration Report and the Sustainably Outcomes Report.

The Company is in the process of closing the gaps identified through a King IV gap analysis process conducted during 2017/2018FY.



An assessment will be conducted and the outcome taken through the applicable governance process before a detailed report is published on the website, as part of the 2018/19FY Reporting.
