The Cape Corridor is our main manganese export channel that runs from the mining block in Hotazel in the Northern Cape and connects to the Ports of Gqeberha, East London and Cape Town. In addition to its core commodity, Cape Corridor boasts a wide-ranging general freight and agriculture commodity business focus with volume growth increasing annually. Some of these commodities include domestic iron ore, cement, non-ferrous metals, containers, titanium, lime, malt, barley, grain, fertilizer, zirconium, automotive, wheat and maize. It links mines and the Central Corridor thus enabling transportation of iron ore for domestic markets.
