Faculties within the Transnet Academy, providing thought leadership on Talent Management processes on behalf of Transnet. We are also responsible for delivering functional, leadership development & soft skills training within the organization. We have a national footprint in the country providing training programmes on various campuses as well as on-line. We provide full time bursary opportunities as well as various Youth programmes to uplift the skills levels of South African Youth. The training provided is delivered by trainers, moderators and assessors and in partnership with various subject matter experts, training institutions including TVET colleges, Universities and Business Schools.
